Please contact us by using the Website Chat feature, we don't always receive the emails that are sent to us.
Cali Bees Creations LLC reserves the rights to refuse services to anyone.
As of November 8, 2021 Route Package Protection must be purchased at checkout to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. Should you experience lost, stolen, or damaged items, please file your claim directly through Route.
As of December 5, 2023 all local pick ups will be held for 1 week. After 1 week, your order will be canceled and a 20% restocking fee with be deducted from the refund. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Please keep an eye on your spam folder. Cali Bees Creations is not responsible for customer not receiving pick up notification due to wrong email and or phone number entered at checkout.
Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements from Cali Bees Creations. The shipping carrier is then responsible for all packages after they receive them. Without Route Package Protection, If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact your local shipping carrier.
We have a 48 hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping is non refundable. A 20% restocking fee and returned shipping cost will be deducted from the return refund.
To start a return, you can contact us on our website chat. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (cost will be deducted from return refund) as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and shipping will not be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on unwanted items once the items have been shipped to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. CALI BEES CREATIONS LLC will not be responsible for any package/order issues after 72 hours of delivery. All damages must be claimed through Route Package Protection. Purchases made without Route Protection are not eligible for replacements through Cali Bees Creations. CALI BEES CREATIONS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE/LIABLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO PRODUCT ALTERATION. Items with sublimation coating are not dishwasher safe and should not be soaked.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Giveaways and Waffles: If enough entries are not made, Cali Bees reserves the right to roll giveaways or waffles into another livestream.
